The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying different sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
